Questions
How do MMO gun webinars work? +
Each webinar features one item — a firearm or piece of gear — reviewed hands-on by our team. You claim one or more numbered seats to the webinar; your seat numbers arrive by email instantly with your receipt. At the close of the review, one seat is selected at random and that seat holder receives the featured item. Every seat holder is emailed the result, including the selected seat number.
Is this a gun raffle? +
No. In New York, raffles are conducted by licensed nonprofit organizations. MMO webinars are firearm review webinars run by our shop — a licensed FFL Type 7 dealer in Mahopac, NY. A seat is access to the webinar’s hands-on review of the featured item; one seat is selected at the close of the review and results go to every seat holder.
How is the seat selected? +
One seat is selected at random at the close of the review — once all seats are claimed, or, where a webinar shows a posted selection date, on that date. The selected seat number is emailed to every seat holder, and when the selection is filmed, the video is linked from the webinar’s page.
What happens if my seat is selected and the item is a firearm? +
Firearms transfer only through a licensed dealer after all legally required checks. Local seat holders pick up in store — valid government ID, paperwork and background check at our counter in Mahopac, NY. Not local? We ship the item to a licensed dealer (FFL) near you and they complete the transfer.
Who can claim a seat? +
MMO gun webinars are open to persons 21 years of age or older. Where the featured item is a firearm, the selected seat holder must be legally eligible to possess it, and any transfer happens only through a licensed dealer after all required checks.
When do seats close? +
Seats close once all seats are claimed — or, where a webinar shows a posted selection date, at that date. The number of seats and any per-person seat limit are printed on each webinar’s page.
Are seats refundable? +
All seat purchases are final. A seat is access to the webinar’s review of the featured item; seats that are not selected are not refunded.
How do I see my seat numbers? +
They’re in your confirmation email, sent the moment your purchase completes. Keep it — it’s your record, and the results email will show the selected seat number right next to yours.
