Seat Terms
Promoter
MMO webinars are operated by Mounted Memories NY LLC (Mounted Memories Outdoors / MMO Guns & Ammo), a licensed FFL Type 7 dealer at 160 Bryant Pond Road, Suite 2, Mahopac, NY 10541 · (914) 583-0329.
Eligibility
Open to persons 21 years of age or older. Where the featured item is a firearm, the selected seat holder must be legally eligible to possess it; transfer occurs only through a licensed dealer after all legally required checks. Each webinar's page states its number of seats and any per-person seat limit.
Seats
A seat is access to the webinar's hands-on review of the featured item. Seats are numbered and delivered by email at purchase — that email is the seat holder's record. Seat prices are printed on each webinar's page; sales tax is added at checkout. Seats close when all seats are claimed, or — where a webinar shows a posted selection date — at that date and time. All seat purchases are final; seats that are not selected are not refunded.
Selection
At the close of the review, one seat is selected at random. Where a webinar shows a posted selection date, the selection takes place on that date — no rollovers, no extensions. Otherwise it takes place once all seats are claimed, shortly after the last seat sells. The selected seat number is emailed to every seat holder. When the selection is filmed, the video is linked from the webinar's page.
Notification & Receiving the Item
The selected seat holder is notified by email with instructions. The item must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Claiming requires valid government-issued ID. Firearms are picked up in store — with all required paperwork and checks completed at our counter — or shipped to the seat holder's local licensed dealer (FFL), who completes the transfer. If the selected seat holder cannot lawfully accept the item, a seat is re-selected or a store-credit alternative is offered.
General
Taxes on the item are the selected seat holder's responsibility. Unclaimed items are handled per the notification email and these terms. These terms are part of our Terms & Policies; where a webinar's page states a specific of these terms (seats, limits, dates, price), the webinar's page controls.
