Acceptance & Eligibility

These terms are an agreement between you and Mounted Memories NY LLC. By using this website or registering for a class, event, or webinar, you accept them. We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to register or purchase through this site. Webinar drawings are open only to persons 21 years of age or older. Where a registration involves a firearm — as training equipment, a prize, or otherwise — you additionally represent that you are legally permitted to possess it, and you understand that any transfer of a firearm happens only through a licensed dealer after all legally required checks, regardless of anything on this site.

Registrations, Seats & Entries

A registration — free or paid — is a personal, non-transferable license to attend the named class, event, or webinar (or, where the event includes a drawing, to be entered in it). It is not a good that ships. Your registration is an offer; our confirmation email accepts it. We may refuse or cancel a registration with a full refund of anything paid. Seat counts shown on the site are live but not guaranteed until confirmed.

Pricing & Payment

Paid registrations are processed by Clover, a Fiserv company, on Clover's secure hosted checkout page; we never see your card number. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Where a class charges a deposit online, the remaining balance is due as described on the class listing. A payment that fails or is declined does not hold a seat.

Event-Specific Rules

Some events — including any event with a prize drawing — have their own Official Rules published on that event's page (eligibility, entry limits, drawing method, winner notification, prize claim). Those rules are part of these terms for that event, and where they conflict with these terms for that event, the Official Rules win.

Webinars & Recordings

• Webinar sessions may be recorded. By registering you consent to the session being recorded; attendee audio and video are off unless you turn them on.
• Join links and replay links are for the registrant only — do not share or redistribute them.
• Webinar content, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of MMO or the presenter and may not be reproduced or redistributed.
• You are responsible for your own device and connection. We do not refund for technical failure on the attendee's side; if the failure is on our side, we will make it right per the refund policy.
• We may remove a disruptive attendee from a live session without refund.

The Fine Print

• Intellectual property. The site's content — text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to MMO or its licensors. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify products we carry.
• Disclaimers & liability. The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, MMO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or attendance at an event, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the registration giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
• Indemnification. You agree to indemnify MMO against claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the site.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York; disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We want everyone to be able to browse this site, register for events, and reach us. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and are currently partially conformant: most content meets the standard, and we work on the gaps as we find them. Measures in place include keyboard-reachable navigation with a skip link, alt text on meaningful images, reduced-motion support, and forms with visible labels and real error messages.

Known Limitations

• Some older product and event photos may have generic alt text.
• Some low-contrast decorative text may not meet the AA contrast ratio.
• Live video streams (webinars) may not have captions; replays are provided to all registrants.
