Transfer Requirements
A transferred firearm MUST meet all requirements of New York State and Federal law.
Operational Gun Lock
Must work for that firearm. Available for purchase if needed.
Appropriate Gun Case
Required for all firearm transfers.
Transferor's FFL Copy
Must be included with shipment.
Driver's License Copy
Required if shipped from a private person.
Non-compliant firearms will be returned to FFL at customer's cost ($30 + shipping).
Shipping & Notification
It is the customer's responsibility to make ALL arrangements with the transferring FFL. Notification must be made by email prior to arrival.

- Pickup Window 7 Days
- Estate/Police Turn-in 30 Days
- Late Fee $5 / day
- Abandoned After 90 Days
Permit Pending
- Pickup Window 7 Days (after permit)
- Max Storage 6 Months
- Late Fee $5 / day
- Abandoned After 90 Days
Abandoned Firearms Policy
Once a firearm is considered abandoned, Mounted Memories Outdoors reserves the right to possess and sell the firearm at no further recompense to the customer.
By transferring a firearm to us, you agree to this policy.
