Promoter
MMO webinars are operated by Mounted Memories NY LLC (Mounted Memories Outdoors / MMO Guns & Ammo), a licensed FFL Type 7 dealer at 160 Bryant Pond Road, Suite 2, Mahopac, NY 10541 · (914) 583-0329.
Eligibility
Open to persons 21 years of age or older. Where a prize is a firearm, the winner must be legally eligible to possess it; transfer occurs only through a licensed dealer after all legally required checks. Each drawing's page states its entry pool size and any per-person entry limit.
Entries
Entries are numbered and delivered by email at purchase — that email is the entrant's record. Entry prices are printed on each drawing's page. Entries close when the entry pool sells out, or — where a drawing shows a posted draw date — at that date and time. All entry purchases are final — no refunds.
The Drawing
Where a drawing shows a posted draw date, it takes place on that date — no rollovers, no extensions. Otherwise the drawing takes place once all entries are claimed, shortly after the pool sells out. The winning entry number is emailed to every entrant and posted publicly on the drawing's page and the Winners record. When a drawing is filmed, the video is linked from its page.
Winner Notification & Claim
The winner is notified by email with claim instructions. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Claiming requires valid government-issued ID. Firearm prizes are picked up in store — with all required paperwork and checks completed at our counter — or shipped to the winner's local licensed dealer (FFL), who completes the transfer. If the winner cannot lawfully accept the prize, the prize is re-drawn or a store-credit alternative is offered.
General
Taxes on prizes are the winner's responsibility. Unclaimed prizes are handled per the notification email and these rules. These rules are part of our Terms & Policies; where a drawing's page states a specific of these rules (pool, limits, dates, price), the drawing's page controls.
