How do MMO webinars work? +
Each webinar features one item — a firearm or piece of gear — reviewed in detail by our team and premiered for seat holders. You claim one or more numbered seats; your seat numbers arrive by email instantly with your receipt, and your private link is emailed when the review goes up. At the close of the review, a seat is selected. The selected seat holder is contacted directly by email; a list of selected seats is available on request.
Is this a gun raffle? +
No. In New York, raffles are conducted by licensed nonprofit organizations. MMO webinars are firearm review webinars run by our shop — a licensed FFL Type 7 dealer in Mahopac, NY. A seat is access to the webinar’s detailed review of the featured item; at the close of the review, a seat is selected and the selected seat holder is contacted directly by email.
How is the seat selected? +
At the close of the review, a seat is selected. The review premieres once all seats are claimed, or on the posted premiere date where a webinar shows one. The selected seat holder is contacted directly by email.
What happens if my seat is selected and the item is a firearm? +
Firearms transfer only through a licensed dealer after all legally required checks. Local seat holders pick up in store — valid government ID, paperwork and background check at our counter in Mahopac, NY. Not local? We ship the item to a licensed dealer (FFL) near you and they complete the transfer.
Who can claim a seat? +
MMO webinars are open to persons 21 years of age or older. Where the featured item is a firearm, the selected seat holder must be legally eligible to possess it, and any transfer happens only through a licensed dealer after all required checks.
When do seats close? +
Seats close once all seats are claimed — or, where a webinar shows a posted premiere date, at that date. The number of seats and any per-person seat limit are printed on each webinar’s page.
Is there a free way to enter? +
Yes. Free entry by postal mail: send a 3×5 card with your name, email, phone, city and the webinar name to Mounted Memories NY LLC, 160 Bryant Pond Road, Suite 2, Mahopac, NY 10541. One free entry per person per webinar; it must arrive before the selection. Free entrants must include a notarized and signed copy of their driver's license/ID or pistol permit, as well as their SSN. Free entries hold the same odds as purchased seats.
Are seats refundable? +
All seat purchases are final. A seat is access to the webinar’s review of the featured item; seats that are not selected are not refunded.
How do I see my seat numbers? +
They’re in your confirmation email, sent the moment your purchase completes. Keep it — it’s your record, and the results email will show the selected seat number right next to yours.
